Head of Engineering, Procurement and Development

 

 

Eric Lecesne (60), a Swiss national, is an expert in the development and financing of private infrastructure projects (IPP, BOT, BOO) and in Engineering Management. Eric has 25 years of management and international sales experience in the power industry.

 

Formerly with ABB Power Generation in France, Australia and Switzerland where he was responsible for the sales and the financing of large power projects, he joined ABB Equity Ventures, a company within the ABB Group responsible for the development, limited recourse project financing and equity investments in infrastructure projects (power generation, transportation or oil & gas) where he successfully led a number of infrastructure transactions in emerging countries.

 

As senior vice president, he was responsible for the company’s activities in Europe, Middle-East & Africa.

 

After leaving ABB, Eric had various executive positions at large EPC contractors in the Middle East such as BEMCO of Saudi Arabia, or KHarafi of Kuwait, responsible for Engineering, Procurement and Project Development.

 

Eric holds a Master of Science and a MBA from INSEAD, France.
